Thank you for your input. As a business owner yourself, once you understand our motivation, we think you will appreciate the lengths we go to in order to protect our brand and protect our valued Xtreme Lashes stylists. We, of course, allow our Xtreme Lashes-trained stylists, and business owners who have an Xtreme Lashes-trained stylist working for her, to buy our complete line of high quality, lash-compatible retail products wholesale. Our stylists earn significant margins retailing these products to their clients. We are so thankful for them and happy to support them with this quality line of retail products specifically made for lash extension wearers. However, we sometimes have people who want to carry our line of retail products who have not been trained by us. When consumers see Xtreme Lashes branded retail products in the lobby, they may assume that the salon is doing "Xtreme Lashes" and that the stylist has been trained by Xtreme Lashes. In order to avoid this confusion, protect our brand and honor those stylists who HAVE been trained with us, we limit the wholesale sale of our retail cosmetics to those stylists who have been trained with us. Disallowing wholesale sales to non-Xtreme-trained people certainly hurts our revenue and profits in the short run. But we think it is the right thing to do for the long term benefit to our brand and for the benefit to our beloved stylists who have placed their trust in our brand. You wondered how good our training could be? Well, our Founder and CEO, Jo Mousselli, RN, pioneered the lash extensions industry 16 years ago and has spent the last 16 years perfecting the training. Our 4-Day Live On-line Classic training is for those that are new to lash styling. It includes $1,900 of products and furniture to make the Live On-Line training work wonderfully. It includes 8 hours of online LMS training as a pre-requisite, so that most of the Live 4-Day Classic training can be spent on interactive learning between the student and the trainer. It includes a tech call before hand to equip the student and work through any technical bugs. Then it includes the best trained trainers, who have a generous spirit and a heart of gold that were hand selected for their teaching abilities. It also includes ongoing troubleshooting support, which is so important to a new lash stylist. The 2-Day Live On-line Volume training, that you mentioned, is for experienced lash stylists and it sets the highest bar for excellence when it comes to volume training. We thank you for your faith and trust in our company. We know we must continue to earn it every day and we intend to do so. Your disappointment is understandable and it is frankly, devastating to us. The freezing ice storm that hit much of the USA during the week of February 15 was unprecedented. As did much of Texas, we lost critical infrastructure for three days that disallowed us from shipping products. Some of our dedicated shipping employees were able to return on February 19 to ship the backlog of orders. We upgraded shipping priority to attempt to get shipments delivered expeditiously. However, our shipments then encountered the worst backlog and delay we have ever experienced with FedEx. We learned that some of our shipments were further delayed and FedEx could not even give us an estimated arrival date. During the week of March 1, we noticed that newly shipped orders were arriving on time. So, we immediately began shipping duplicate orders for those that FedEx could not confirm an estimated arrival date. FedEx has now confirmed that almost all of our shipments from the winter storm week of February 15 have now been delivered and the last will be delivered by March 9. The freeze and FedEx's poor performance are both unprecedented. We have worked closely with FedEx for the past three weeks to mitigate the impact to our valued customers. Every year, we analyze the comparable performance of FedEx vs UPS to ensure that the delivery of Xtreme Lashes products is the best it can be. Every year, we have elected to stay with FedEx as there performance is superior overall. We know that the Xtreme Lashes Shipping Team is second to none and ships out your orders on time with 99.9% accuracy. But when a freak ice storm grips the nation and FedEx encounters an unprecedented backlog, even our ongoing and intense efforts to get your orders accurate and on time are challenged. We thank you again for your trust in our Company and we intend to do everything we can to continue to earn it.

Thanks for your feedback Gabryel. You placed your order on Saturday, 2/13. The expected delivery date offered to you was Tuesday, 2/16. Due to severe weather and dangerous driving conditions around the country, shipping carriers were backlogged and your order was delivered on Saturday, 2/20.
