XDP Customer service is hands down the best I have ever dealt with. I ordered a valair dual disk clutch for my ram pickup. After only receiving one of my two packages, I reached out the customer service regarding my missing package. I immediately received a response and was informed that they had filed a claim with UPS. After learning that UPS had lost the package, XDP quickly shipped out another package. Without doubt the easiest company to do business with. I look forward to purchasing more products from XDP.

I've been researching airbags for a few weeks now. I made a call to XDP and I talked to three different people. Jake, Chris and Nick were all great! Took the time to explain so many different features of the products I was looking at. Ended up getting a really quality product. To top it off they even price matched a site that had a lower price. Nick was extremely helpful. He offered good advice based upon his interactions with other customers and their experiences. He also worked to get me the parts I needed in the timeline that I needed while packaging the shipment in such a fashion as to save me some money. I will definitely do business with XDP again!

This gave me initial confidence I’m purchasing from a legitimate company. Once I completed the order Nick informed me where my different components are being delivered from and approx delivery time.
