I called in for some help with a radiator since the price jumped up for some reason. The gentleman hooked me up and i had it the next day. Thank god for living in the same state as xdp. Its saved me a ton of time. They're are great people down there.

Theresa is awesome. Takes care of all my orders and any problems shes quick to let me know what we can do to fix them or if there is a better option. The real MVP up there.

Amanda from XDP provided excellent customer service. When I contacted her about a leaking radiator and the manufacturer not having one in stock to honor the warranty, she contacted the manufacturer and was able for XDP to take over the warranty claim. Instead of waiting another month I will have the replacement radiator in less than a week. Amanda and XDP did and outstanding job ensuring the customer was taken care of.

The correct was sent in a very timely manner.
