Horrible customer service and longevity I have been a loyal customer since 2019 having purchased a total of 5 wetsuits from this company. This last suit, the Vengeance has come apart after only two season. I reached out to customer service to see what could be done about this. Undertsanding my warranty was expired after a year, I still expected a better resolution than what I received. Instead the company, specifically Alex, felt it more important to stand their ground with passive aggressive emails. it's not a suprise the wetsuits are "always on sale" - using the marketing strategy of a constantly failing business in some flee market: "Hurry while the sale lasts...forever". Will never buy again and will spread the word.

Echoing other people's remarks about terrible customer service. Tried to return my wetsuit for a refund and was told multiple times in confusing language that wouldn't be possible despite it being clearly stated on their website. After finally getting them to clarify that I would actually be getting a refund, I still felt nervous so I initiated a chargeback from my bank. Sent the wetsuit back per their instructions and have received no communication from Xterra, as I expected. Stay away.

I would rate zero stars if I could. I purchased the most expensive wetsuit on June 4th and had to purchase after another one did not fit. I still have not received my refund yet for the other suit. I wore the suit 8 time in fresh water and it ripped on one of the seams and the arms are tearing in the armpit area. I have a major swim coming up on July 18th and when I reached out I was told, they would not refund my money and I would need to send the suit back for repair AND I had to cover the cost of freight. Are you kidding me? You expect a customer to spend $500 on a product and it will not hold up for more than 8 swims? I received this response back when I requested to speak with a manager. See below. At this point, I reached out to our credit card and told them to deny both charges and they will handle the dispute on their end. I would never recommend this company for any products! The product is poor and the service is worse than poor. Here is the information from one of their sales reps when I requested to speak to a manager (just FYI, all of this information was sent in the first email). Sorry, we need this information before a warranty manager can respond. • At least one clear attached image of the issue (Note: Embedded images will not open on our servers) • A description of the issue • Original order number • Purchase date • A photo of the serial number (located on the back zipper flap) Once we have this information our warranty manager can respond with next steps. We look forward to assisting you further once we know more about the issue.

Honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. The wetsuit came damaged, and their return process felt intentionally difficult. They didn’t communicate clearly about refunds, and getting any response took multiple attempts. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Terrible experience. I wish I read these reviews before buying. The wetsuit arrived damaged, and the return process was a nightmare. Their policies are ridiculously strict and clearly designed to avoid issuing refunds. On top of that, there was zero communication about my refund status (I had to keep following up with no real answers). For a company selling premium gear, the customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Wetsuit was delivered damaged and ripped. It was returned promptly. Xterra made me pay the shipping to send their damaged product back to them stating they do not cover shipping to “keep their wetsuits affordable” as if a $20 shipping cost would dramatically increase the price of their wersuit. Xterra received the return and then did not communicate for 2 weeks with me about my return despite being told i would have a return in 5-7 business days. To top if off, they are now refusing to issue a return, citing the reason that the wetsuit was damaged by me which is completely false. I did not put on the wetsuit so how could I have damaged the suit? The customer service team was absolutely no help and kept stating different rules for their return/refund policy. I dealt with 3 different representatives, each one more unprofessional and inept that the previous. Despicable company. I would highly advise to select a different company for your triathalon training needs.

STAY AWAY!! Terrible customer service!! I am trying to cancel an order before it ships and whether you email or call, nobody ever answer!! So now they're telling me order has shipped and I'm gonna have to return the wetsuit when it arrives + they are charging a 10% restocking fee!! Also reading from other reviews that people never ever got reimbursed!! Really??!! I won't let them go away with my money!! I will escalate to my bank an open a case if I do not get my money back!! TBF...

They simply will not refund my money, even though I met each detail in their exhaustive requirements. Horrible experience with them. DO NOT BUY!!
