Company sent the wrong size and when i emailed them they were quick to respond telling me to buy the right size to get it in time for the triathlon and then return the other one for a refund. I did what they said and followed the tracking to where they recieved the wetsuit. I waited ten days before i contacted them about a refund and they have yet to respond to any emails. I have called and you can only get a voicemail telling you to email the company. I have now emailed them 4 times and get no response. Have been super patient and polite but 174.00 is a lot of money for not being able to speak to someone. I know refunds take time but 20 days is a bit excessive especially not being able to comunicate with somone. I would not recommend ever using this company

Do not order a wetsuit from this company, you will not be refunded if it doesn’t fit. You can send it back according to their policy but they will not refund or return an email to request where your refund is. There is a phone number but it only tells you to send them an email. Terrible business

I bought this wetsuit for my wife for Christmas and we selected the small size(one size larger than the recommended size chart and also one size larger than one other xterra full wetsuit that fit properly on her.) Unfortunately we believe the vivid wetsuit was incorrectly labeled because it was too tight, even though it was one size larger. To return the item that is incorrectly labeled/sized, we have to pay shipping fees for their mistake(50% of the price of the item.) We wont be buying directly as the return is so costly for their mistake. A ruined christmas gift for my wife......

No returns. Deceptive marketing. Sh** wetsuits.

2nd wetsuit purchase. Coming apart at the seams after 2 wears. Completely ignoring all emails and contact to customer service channels. Avoid.

I would give a no star if that is possible. I am now reading all these posts and realize their customer support team is treating everyone the same. I am not going to buy another Xterra wetsuit and will tell everyone in my swimgroups about my experience.

I bought a pair of Lava booties and they cost $20 including shipping. I wear size 11 shoes and bought size large, which they say will cover size 11 to 13. I could not even get them on my foot. I was going to return them and found out about their return policy. I'd have to ship them at my cost, about $5 and pay a $10 RESTOCKING charge! So I paid $20 and I'd get a refund of $5! And to get that, I'd have to get a return authorization, pack them up, and go to the post office to mail them. That would probably take me at least an hour of my time. And my time is worth more than $5 an hour to me. So I may as well throw them away And if I wanted to try a different size, I can pay another $20 and go through it again. Instead, I'll try another COMPANY. They should be ashamed of themselves. They should stand behind their products and SIZING.

Es una estafa, según su web tienes 30 días para devoluciones. En la propia web dice que para recibir las intrucciones de devolución tienes que contactar a un correo para que te envíen la información. He contactado repetidas veces y no hacen caso, se ha pasado el plazo de devolución y no contestan de ninguna manera ni por ninguna vía de contacto. NO COMPRAR en esta web, se trata de un fraude.
