Bad Quality and Support
I purchased a wetsuit from XTERRA on June 3, 2025, expecting quality and durability from a brand that markets itself to serious athletes. After just a few normal swims, one of the seams came apart, making the wetsuit unusable for its intended purpose. When I contacted XTERRA under their warranty, they denied coverage, claiming “excessive force” — which is simply not true. The rest of the suit is intact, and there is no other damage. This was a clear failure of construction. A wetsuit should withstand basic use in the water without falling apart. Denying warranty for such a failure is unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility toward customers who trust their products. Athletes rely on gear for performance and safety. Unfortunately, XTERRA did not stand behind their product, and I cannot recommend them to others.
