This tool keeps getting better. It has all of the groundwork you need to get started at developing your personas, to finesse them, and to share them with your team. I will always keep coming back to Xtensio.

Xtensio helped me and my team a lot in the discovery phase of a new project. Specifically, using their templates for User Personas allowed us to document interviews pretty fast. 100% worth the money!

Xtensio saved me hours! As a product manager, I am always building new stakeholder decks & testing new ways to communicate data in a clean manner that speaks to the audience. After a long product discovery effort and speaking with lots of users about their experience with a prototype, I needed a good way to show the findings to stakeholders. My normal deck (google docs), just wasn't cutting it and I had already spent a fair amount of time re-hashing different ways to communicate the insights. After getting frustrated, I stumbled upon Xtensio and thought I'd give it a try. Right out of the gate, they had a template that was clean, engaging, having space both for longer winded paragraphs as well as visual aspects that really brought out the highlights. It was exactly what I needed! A one pager, that was both thorough but also easy to digest. After presenting the findings to my stakeholders, using Xtensio, I got quite a bit of feedback on the look and feel of the presentation with many asking if they could also use it. In the end, it saved me hours of precious time. Highly recommend! My company doesn't reimburse me for the cost, but it saves me so much time I am more than happy to foot the bill myself.

I have been using Xtension since I started my business almost 5 years ago. I love to create all my marketing materials as well as catalogs and workshop programs. They look profesional and well crafted without the need to hire a designer. Their customer service experience is amazing, they are kind and understanding. They have always answer my questions fast and have been extremely supportive every time I have had an issue. They have outstanding patience and it is a delight to work with them.

It's very easy to use and customer service is amazing! They literally respond within a day and I even got in touch with their CEO that personally asked me what they could improve. I am a freelancer and I do not need to use their software on a daily basis. I am using a park plan that is good for 3 months and cost $10. I can resume my plan at any time and the unused park period will be credited back to my monthly plan. I only use Xtensio to create case studies. It's extremely straight forward. If they could add more templates, that would be awesome!
