Great provider. Always good reliable connections. Response from the help desk is fast within Hours and always with a good solution.

I use XSusenet to access the usenet. Because those accesses are infrequent, I have taken advantage of their free service. My accesses have been reliable and trouble free. On the rare occasions I have needed to contact them, I have found their customer service both prompt and helpful. You can't ask more than that. I'm glad I found XSusenet and am eager to recommend them to my friends.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Excellent work guys.
