Renewed my subscription, my card was properly charged, and yet my service is about to expired. There's no support whatsoever, or at least no one has replied to my email or tickets for 2 days already. Fear I will have to do a chargeback and move to another service.

Every so often my free account gets disabled. And that is fine and of course up to xsusenet. What is not fine is that I never get any response as to why the free account gets disabled. Some feedback would show that there is a customer service behind the usenet provider. Their FAQ on this item is of no help as I comply with all the terms and conditions. I am impressed however with their high level of 100% completion for articles.

Sinds ongeveer een jaar had ik een XSUsenet Premium Quarterly abonnement en was hierover best tevreden. Begin deze maand ontving ik van XSUsenet een herinnering dat mijn abonnement zou aflopen en dat het tijd was om deze te verlengen. De procedure hiervoor is super eenvoudig. Ik heb het verschuldigde bedrag voor de komende termijn betaald via iDeal. In tegenstelling tot de voorgaande keren kreeg ik nu geen bevestiging dat mijn abonnement was verlengd. Ik heb tijdig via het Dashboard een ticket ingediend met de vraag of er iets mis was gegaan met mijn betaling. Geen reactie! De volgende dag liep mijn abonnement af en heb ik een nieuw Ticket ingediend met de vraag of mijn afgelopen abonnement weer geactiveerd kon worden. Geen reactie!!! Ik heb een email gestuurd naar support[at]xsusenet.com met mijn vragen. Opnieuw geen enkele reactie! Ten einde raad probeerde ik XSUsenet telefonisch te bereiken via het telefoonnummer wat op de site staat vermeld. Reactie: "Dit is een niet bestaand telefoonnummer". Kortom: het heeft er alle schijn van dat het bedrijf niet meer bestaat. Ik ben mijn geld kwijt, zonder dat hier enige service tegenover staat. BEDROG!!

Worst support ever, they dont reply to ticket requests. I tried to pay my subscription today the 12th and their website wouldnt allow payment, for the last 2 days there has been the same error screen when trying to prolong my account. I would recommend someone like Supernews if you want a usenet account, they at least have a tech support who try and help out

Niet mogelijk om een account aan te valideren. Conformatie email wordt niet verzonden. dan is het dus ook niet mogelijk om de dienstverlening te beoordelen.

Paid for a full year. After confimation I couldn't upgrade to the full year connection. Send a mail, placed a ticket but no reaction from the "excellent" team. What kind of organisation is this! Crooks. Not worth a penny.

A year subscription deleted after 2 month. Since a week I can not login anymore although I have a paid account valid for 1 year but they deleted my account for no good reason. The account was valid until october 2020, but is useless now. Worst of all they won't answer to any of the messages posted on their website.

While I could connect and read Usenet messages, I was never able to establish a connection to respond to any message. Multiple emails asking for technical support were ignored. I will not be using this service in future.
