2 days late on my PU, Haven't delivered it yet ,,Driver is not communicating,,I am only 400 mikes away. Can't get hold of the company Addendum, This company keeps texting me and calling me to remove this honest review. They promised me a Thursday morning PU , and thats how they got the job. They told me it would be picked up Thursday morning then Thursday , afternoon, the Thursday evening, Then Friday morning, afternoon, evening. I have the text message from the Company to prove this communication

Hello Martin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for the delays and the communication issues you experienced with your pickup and delivery. We strive to keep our clients updated as best we can and understand that multiple changes to the timeline were frustrating. We recognize that our team initially promised a Thursday morning pickup, and we regret that unforeseen circumstances prevented us from meeting that timeline despite our efforts. Our driver’s lack of communication on top of the delay was unacceptable, and we're addressing this internally to prevent it from happening again. We offered the discount as a gesture to make up for the inconvenience caused, but we understand that it doesn’t fully make up for the experience. Thank you for your patience, and please feel free to reach out directly if there’s anything we can do to resolve this further. Regards: Xpromo Auto Transport.

Awesome Service!
This company is amazing and Zack was very professional, courteous and answered every question I had. I set up 2 transports in different areas, not only did they have the best price but they were picked up the next day and delivered promptly. Zack handled every problem that came up like a pro!! Would 100% recommend if you need any transport done and I will be a return customer for sure!!!
