Avoid at all costs...terrible
They said they were on their way to pickup on a Wednesday, ended up never showing up, and wouldn't return texts and calls. Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. I got a great guy to do my delivery for half the cost and he picked up and delivered all in the same 24hr window. Edit after response: 2 weeks later is not promptly informing someone about an accident. The only reason you ever got back to me was because I posted a bad review. Well, if the driver did truly get in an accident I'm sorry for that, but you should have let me know (sometime before 2 weeks had passed) so I could make other arrangements accordingly. And that still doesn't change the experience that I had. Bad communication and a HIPPA violation to boot. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Also, not even sure how they got my information to begin with. I made a post on uship but it doesn't give out your number unless you accept a bid. So add that to the list of grievances.

We're truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that during your scheduled pickup, our assigned driver was involved in a road accident on the way to your location. As soon as we became aware of the incident, we promptly informed you and shared the driver's condition and images as proof of the situation. Safety is our top priority for our drivers and your vehicle and we could not proceed with the pickup under those unexpected and unfortunate circumstances. We understand your frustration, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please know this was not due to negligence but an unforeseen emergency. If you’d like to discuss this further or give us a chance to make it right, feel free to contact us directly. Thank you for your understanding.
