I ordered a set of halo turn signals for my Jeep one lasted less than 5 months and the halo leds went out. I contacted the company and was told to send them a video or photos and the would see what that could “offer” me. The light is out l explained that a Light that was plastic and probably less than 10 dollars and they wanted a video or photos ? Then would offer me something. I will not purchase another product from them. I just wanted a replacement light for the bad one.

This place is a complete joke. I bought 4 lighted whips for 2 RZR's and 2 of the 4 whips broke. The plastic tube snapped off at the base and the LED strip was still lit up and just flapping around. The quick releases barely work on any of them. I bought 2 chase lights and got pulled over because of the blue flashing lights. Nowhere in the description did it say for law enforcement only or a suggestion to check your local laws. I shouId of known better, but a disclaimer should be mandatory and they know there could be an issue and still don't mention it. They even told me so when I inquired after the fact. Had I read that, I would have bought ones that didn't have blue on them. I also bought 2 sets of clamps to mount the chase bars and they were both missing parts. I contacted them about the missing items and they keep telling me they'll ship them out and still 6 weeks later I still haven't received anything after several times of telling me, "I'll ship them out today." They don't have replacement bulbs to change out the blue and won't even offer a deal on getting 2 new chase lights that are legal. I have already wired and installed 2 completely useless and illegal chase bars and they could care less and still haven't changed the description to prevent it from happening to others. I also purchased a second set of side mirrors with lights for my wife's RZR and asked if I could pick them up instead of having them shipped because we were heading to the desert and would just miss the shipment. They wouldn't even let me pick them up and they were paid in full and I'm 30 minutes away from them. This place, their employees and their products are lame... I've tried repeatedly to support them and even had a neighbor buy their products on my recommendation. I regret every bit of it too...

Not very good products they stand behind there products I bought a led light bar now it stop working and I can't get a replacement now so going to a different company like speed tech lights or ledoutfitters

I got an arrow stick from them not even 6 mouths old and just stopped working and it was a gift from my now passed mother and i got in contact with there customer service and told tell what had happened and that do to my mothers passing i didnt have any info about where or how she payed and they didnt care at all to help it was sorry about your luck and im stuck with this now paper wight i will NEVER perches from them and i will let all my friend know not to ether

The products I ordered All from Xprite, eventually stopped working. I feel that this product should not be sold on Amazon. Amazon reached out to me via email, and stated that a representative of Xprite would be in contact with me; To provide them a phone number and time for them to contact me......well , I'm still waiting.

Be careful, this company has unethical practices. I bid $439 on this in ebay and won a the only bidder. When I went to pay, I was unable because they canceled the item stating it was because I did, which I didn't. So I decide to go to their direct Xprite website and bought it there for $509 and paid for it. The site and checkout state free shipping but 2 days later they call me to set up shipping payment of $125. They state it was suppose to list shipping charges but they made a mistake . The shipping helps bring it to a price they really want as evident of the average price all over Amazon, ebay etc. It's basically a bait and switch so be careful because prices are not what the appear.

After purchasing both the LED headlights and fog lights for my Jeep and having them professionally installed, I immediately had issues with the light system. After contacting customer service to explain the issues that were occurring as well as sending photos, it was determined by Xprite that there was a defect in the control box. After back and forth, Xprite finally sent me a new control box. When I received the replacement control box, it was apparent that it was completely different than the one that came with the original set. The original control box was plastic and made poorly compared to the replacement one that was fully metal and better quality. When I spoke to Yanelly (manager) at customer service and brought it to her attention that I would have to pay again to switch out the control box, I asked her for the inconvenience of a defective product would Xprite credit me money off the original sale to compensate the money to cover the reinstallment. Yanelly would not help me or even get me to higher management to deal with this issue. It is sad that I bought this product directly from the manufacturer thinking I would avoid issues like this if they occurred. I would advise anyone to buy this product from Amazon or similar companies who will stand behind their product.

So they sent me a replacement and it just stopped working they told me they would replace still dont have it after 21 days. They asked me to remove my negative review and as soon as i did they didn’t care
