These are Scammers I have never used a platform where support fails to respond within 24 hours on business days. Over the past two weeks, I sent four separate emails to xpage support (on October 4, 5, 7, and 13) with zero response. Having received no help via official channels, I brought the issue to the WhatsApp group. An admin named Oumitta asked me to send her my email privately, which I did immediately. Once again, there was complete silence no acknowledgment that she received it, nor any confirmation that it had been forwarded to the team. When I followed up in the group to mention that I had been ignored twice, her solution was simply to remove me from the group. I also reached out directly to Mr. Anas twice on WhatsApp, only to be met with total silence. The core technical issue isn't what frustrates me most. Even a simple reply stating that the issue cannot be resolved would have been acceptable. However, treating paying users with this level of disrespect and lack of communication is a major red flag. Also the founder Name is Anas echafki and I can see some of his family members posting 5 stars reviews here. What a Shame

SCAMMERS!!! they charged me 19.9$ even after my store is disactivated months a go, cat access my account bcs is frozen, and cant remove my credit card

This platform is excellent and highly robust; it effectively resolves numerous issues for sellers. They also offer seamless communication, responding within just a few minutes and fully resolving any problems. I wish them success and hope to see them go global—they certainly have the potential to do so.

this platform is suck, i start with free traiel and teh charge me 19 dollars, i can't remove my credit card from it, and also they Frozen my store and still want to charge me another 19 dollar

With much respect for you guys and your hard work, this is a waste of money and time. I honestly can’t believe it. My ads have around 8% CTR, CPC under $0.30 in the UK, and with 2,000 visitors I’ve only gotten one sale and 3 fake orders (abandoned checkouts). At the same time, I used the exact same product on Shopify and got good sales, which clearly shows the issue is not the product or the ads. Support is also very slow — if you have a problem after midnight, you won’t get a reply until the next day around 8:00 in the morning. Again, I respect your effort, but for now, Xpage is just a waste of money and time.
