The processing and Shipping is Terribly slow. Slower than almost anywhere else I have ever ordered from. The Customer Services is the worst. I had to send an email 5 times just to get a simple question answered about my order. Then, when I inquired about the status, I got different answers from different reps. The item still has not shipped. I ordered it over a week ago. It will not arrive on time either. Paying for shipping for something that takes this long is insane. Really poor form. Will definitely never order from here again and will never recommend to anyone else at the gyms I go to. Update: the company did reach out to make amends as much as possible for the issues. Their call customer service is far, far better than their emails service.

Everything was great shopping with xmartial. The only drawback I experienced was the long delivery time. However, outside of that the service and product were phenomenal.

I love this company’s products! Everything I have purchased is extremely high quality, and they truly are the best of the best. The only problem I had was the shipping, it took a lot longer than I would have like for me to receive my package, but other than that I have zero complaints.

Probably the best rash guards I have purchased so far. I have been rolling with them for a few months now, and they still look and feel great. The designs aren't coming apart, they still fit as well as when they were brand new, and there are no loose threads hanging off of them. My only complaint is how long they took to finally get shipped and delivered.

X martial is overall a great brand, and a great company. Awesome range of gear, fair pricing and high quality clothing. Their customer service is also really great, and they really do go above and beyond to help sort out any issue you may have. My only issue o have with them is communication can be slow, and that can be frustrating if you have a problem you need resolved. Response times aren’t very quick, which may be due to a time difference between myself in Australia and obviously the company being based overseas. When then do get back to you however their customer service team is really helpful, polite and professional though. Overall a really great company, just frustrating when response times can be slow.

I've bought a couple rash-guards and some shorts from them. They have been great purchases. Their staff are friendly and do their best to communicate when there's any issue with your order. An area to improve is somehow increasing the accuracy between what the website shows in inventory vs what has already been sold during a sale.

Tracking number system did not work on their website however I was able to make the tracking number work on another site - CJ Pack dropshipping. The product is made in China. I'm not a big fan of products pretending to be Canadian made and then shipping directly from China to my door. China's human rights abuses makes me cringe when buying their products. The shirt arrived in the mail about 4 weeks after ordering and I'm quite happy with how it fits and feels. My shorts did not come and the tights (pants) were kind of cheap and made of a different material than the shirt. I thought the quality of the fabric for the shirt was great - a blend of spandex and some kind of rubbery elastic. It feels a little slippery in its texture and is quite light. I especially like the rubber waist band at the base of the shirt. Waiting patiently for my shorts...
