Hello Chance - I apologize for any problems you have encountered with your service with us. I did a search for your unit, and I could only find one ticket which was requesting some information about the devices here - beyond that though I do not see anything else. Are you having issues currently? There was one area issue in May, but other than that we could not find anything in the history. Please let us know if you are experiencing drops or any intermittent issues, as this should not be occurring, and we have no reports of it in our tickets. Hello! Thank you for letting us know of your experience. I could not find any of your chats/ticket history since I do not have enough information for you based upon the review. Can you please text me at 317.316.3257 so I can review your history and assist? We definitely want to make things right, and it sounds like so far we have not been able to make any progress with that. Our level of service is something we strive to maintain to a high degree, and it should not be performing the way you are describing, so I definitely want to speak with you as soon as possible. Or if you could, please reply here with your name so I can try to do a search that way at least. Thank you.

Hello Zach, apologies for the issues you encountered. We are able to make any changes you would request, we cannot allow direct access to the router due to the sheer number of users we have using our devices at any given location.
