XgamingserverReviews of xgamingserver.com

Valheim. Server crashes twice an hour. Eventually after a crash I saw see the server had rolled back an hour or so, deleting my progress. This was a fresh new world that I had barely scratched the surface on. The rep told me the fix is to buy a better package with more RAM. I was near max RAM usage when I started the server! If the base package cannot handle a fresh spawned Valheim world with nothing populated, than it cannot handle Valheim. Period. Don't sell it. Sell something that works and don't use the crappy base product to upsell me. Moved on to a better hosting service.

Awful. Same issue it seems most people had with Project Zomboid servers through Xgamingserver. Do your self a favour and try another provider. Not only will it not work but Xgamingserver won’t even respond to help tickets nor will they refund you the money the have taken for something that doesn’t work 99.9 percent of the time.

Servers don't work as advertised terrible experience I should have just gone with gportal like I planed to in the first place

I rented a server that never worked (Project zomboid), then asked for refund and they stopped responding in support. This company is a scammer

Pésimo servicio , solicito un reembolso

I rented a server with this provider for Project Zomboid. The server never allowed us to get into the game map (brand new no mods at all). Tried getting support and they take between 10 to 4 hours to respond. As soon as I requested a refund they stopped responding. This seems is a scam

I went to this service based on a "Top 10" article I read. My intention was to start a premium-level gaming server with mods. So I purchased their most expensive hosting package for the game I wanted to host (Project Zomboid). After payment, my account took a day to finally become accessible. The server setup went fine, until I hit a certain number of Mods. It wasn't an incompatibility. There was a hard limit to the number of mods I could run (22). I spent hours researching and discovered it was a Linux configuration error (search for "inotify" in the Steam PZ forums). I let their customer support know, and days later I still hadn't any response. These experiences were a huge red flag for me and I cancelled. If you're patient with your expectations, maybe this would be a good service for you, but my free time is, unfortunately, very limited and I've spent days debugging and waiting for their customer service people to show up.

I cancelled before 24 hours and they wouldn't issue a refund. There site is also riddled with spelling errors. Customer service was rude.*** Not only did I have a bad experience but for some reason your reply to my review is trying to discredit my review of your bad service by telling me to be mindful of my language while seeking assistance... I am always extremely mindful of my language and didn't say anything colorful. Feel free to post the chat log. So annoying.
