I have been with several server providers, I chose XgamingServer's as they had cheap prices. I found out the price is due to the poor experience. After purchasing a Service for a PZ server, I was not even able to boot it up once from a fresh install with 0 modifications.
After giving the support team over 14 hours, they still have not fixed it nor intend on doing so. I was advertised a Service and since My purchase I have been unable to use that Service a single time.
I have been forced to escalate this with my payment processor due to how bad their practices are

Inflexible Policy - Cannot Access Your Data After Suspension
I'm leaving a one-star review due to a critical and customer-unfriendly policy. My server was suspended, and I simply requested a temporary window (3-6 hours) to download my server files before deciding whether to renew. This seemed like a very reasonable request.
Support flatly refused, stating that I had to renew the service to regain any access. Forcing a customer to pay for a new service term just to retrieve their own data is unacceptable. It left me feeling like my files were being held for ransom.
Potential customers should be aware of this. Do not rely on this company to help you get your data if your account is suspended. Maintain your own off-site backups at all times.

Some of the worst Customer experiences I have ever had from a hosting company brought a rust server after hosting an Arma Reforger Server from them and the base server I rented couldn't even run the base game without adding players or plugins in Customer service is terrible do not host from this company

Lack of communication from their customer support team and barely help you with issues you may have. Yea, people do have lives but when you put on a website “fast response” you shouldn’t be waiting 2-3 days for a reply.

Rented a Myth of Empires Server only to find that there is no way to change settings for the server besides the basic server name and a couple of other options. Upon support request they seemed to not even understand what I was talking about and took over 8h for the 1st answer to a ticket (both on site and discord). Also lost my money as they have no logic refund policy according to their legal docs on site. Stay away if you expect something done with expertise.

They don't support their customers
They don't support their customers. If there's an issue they either ignore you, or give a refund instead of trying to fix the issue. The support staff are rude when they do reply, but they ask what the issue is, then close the ticket when you send them the issue without helping. Very unprofessional.

Despite our communication that responses could take up to 24 hours, you expressed impatience.
We made efforts to assist you in resolving the issue with your server's high ping by relocating it to a closer location. However, instead of acknowledging our support, you resorted to disrespectful language and threats. You went so far as to warn of mobilizing your server community to flood our Trustpilot page with one-star reviews if we didn't meet your demands swiftly.
Despite the challenges in our support department, we managed to respond promptly, even though you failed to appreciate the speed of our assistance. As a gesture of goodwill, we even compensated you with a complimentary renewed billing cycle. However, your gratitude was conspicuously absent.
Subsequently, you initiated another round of ticket spam, this time related to issues with mods. When we clarified that the problem originated from your end due to mod installations, you remained unconvinced and insisted on a refund, which we ultimately granted.
Regrettably, following this tumultuous experience, you and your community opted to flood our Trustpilot page with unfavorable reviews. Such tactics are disheartening and reflect poorly on your approach to resolving issues.

Absolutely awful. The server was barely functional. Would lag and stutter on a 3 person server even though I paid for the highest tier. Support took days to respond.
I did get my money back though so good on them for that.
