Hi Arapat - Thanks for your review. The item ordered was listed as a "PRE-ORDER". This means we don't have it in stock, but we are expecting to receive it from the manufacturer. As you know, there is currently a shortage of this item, so unfortunately, the manufacturer was not able to send us the quantity we ordered. This is the reason we issued a refund.
