I don't understand why I cannot withdraw my earning on method with faucet pay and I need to select the blockchain. Why they do the option of it. They paying on blockchain with charging fee for transaction.

I'm not happ with xbnb.
I'm not happ with xbnb.. I was on 0.0014 then I decided to upgrade my minning power after the upgrade it went down to 0.00047 I sent message to customer care no reply or explanation why my minined bnb was reduced after my upgrade. I find it to be distasteful and I am very upset
