At multiple stages — including the product description, checkout confirmation, and order receipt email — it is clearly stated that while the service is largely automated, delivery may take up to 24 hours depending on demand. This timeframe is explicitly acknowledged before purchase is completed. Despite agreeing to this, you have raised a complaint well within the stated delivery window, implying a lack of service, which is not accurate. Additionally, your order is for 2K Xbox followers, not friend requests. The note you included requesting “1K friend requests” was not part of the purchased service. While we occasionally provide goodwill extras at our discretion, they are not guaranteed or included simply because they are written in additional notes, and in this case no such addition applies.
