I was a first time buyer very new to the air bag lifestyle......I live in Canada by the way . to make a long story short ...the kit airbag kit I purchased for my 87 caddy coupe deville was very low quality. my installer(15yrs experience) told me the kit was basic..when I finally got it up and running, 2 new exchanged compressors later.. because the first 2 burnt out. the pressure in the tank raised the care up...and down....and that was it !!!! it took the tank 20 mins to refill..smh..terrible !! I asked X2 for partial refund, BUT....then played that its not there fault game and of course no partial refund. I had to buy 2 proper compressors among other things...$1400 later to fix the supposedly custom made airbag kit for my caddy that X2 put together for me...they charged me I think 24 to 2500 for kit(dont quote me)(its been awhile)..plus the 1400 I had to add to actually get it working!! yes...I felt that X2 did not care about the customer...they only cared about the sale.........dont get me wrong...they made an effort to act like they were trying to help....but real talk..if X2 helped me ...I could have saved $1400 on top of their bill !!!!! X2...smh !! ....SO ANYBODY ORDERING AIRBAG KITS FROM X2 ONLINE....DONT !!...go instore so that they could do the job properly and u can hold X2 accountable for their product !!!

Potter?
Step right up & experience a real-life NIGHTMARE with X2 (Clowns)
Awfully bold of the clowns at X2 to email me requesting my feedback after the experience I had... Where do I even begin?
Firstly, they sent an email addressed to "Mr. Potter" (which isn't even my name) ... so they didn't even care to get my name correct...
OK, here we go:
I'll start with the sales/customer serivce rep (whose name I cannot mention - per Trustpilot's guidelines). This guy, whose name I cannot mention, (ZTL3P S1RHC), was far beyond the worst customer service rep. I've ever encountered in my 35 years of existence. After piecing this all together, it would seem he ran X2 from his mom's basement in Wisconsin, fulfilled online orders for X2 while operating under another company name (Universal Air Ride) per his social media accounts. He then sourced parts from a warehouse in Mesa, AZ that is shared by Chassis Tech & Airbagit.com. The parts appeared to have been drop-shipped from this location. I'm not convinced X2 even has a legitimate storefront or manufactures any of its own parts at all. I'm now convinced the "build time" that's mentioned on their website actually means "time for this guy (whose name I cannot mention in this review) to order generic, universal parts from another company & have them shipped to customers under the guise of being made model-specific".
All parts that were supposedly "plug-n-play" and designed to work for my application were 1000% incorrect. When I first addressed this, I was simply told I had to get "creative" with the installation... I provided photos of the products I'd received to illustrate my point; they were clearly designed for a full-sized pickup truck and NOT a small car and would therefore NOT fit my application. Most parts were simply too large & wouldn't fit on the vehicle no matter how "creative" I'd get.
After going back 'n forth for literally over 3 MONTHS while my car sat idle. I was finally given a return label for the incorrect parts and provided an opportunity to exchange them for items I could piece together to make a custom kit for my vehicle...This too was a horrendously long, drawn-out process that took 3 or 4 attempts to get a correct invoice for the price difference in returned parts vs. parts on the new order.
Had I known the nightmare that would ensue dealing with X2, I would have just made my own kit with quality parts from a company that gives a damn about their customers (IE: Ridetech, Accuair, etc.). The entire reason for going with X2 was the fact they'd advertised their kits as "plug-n-play" + noted 6wk lead time to build a kit that is supposedly model-specific... when, in reality, these are just universal, generic kits that "May" work with your car after you "get creative" with the installation... (hacking up your car to ultimately end up with a sub-par knockoff suspension setup).
As the process went on, I began doubting X2 had ever manufactured a suspension kit for my car. The rep (whose name I can't mention) assured me they'd built kits for these cars before. I requested photos of those cars to serve as a guide for my own build. I was provided with photos of a car whose platform is in NO WAY related to my specific vehicle. Additionally, these photos showed a car that had been absolutely butchered & hacked up. Floors cut out, frame rails hacked, shock mounts that looked like backyard Billybob welded them on a derby car; not something that would ever be safe to drive on any kind of roads.
Basically, after I was told (by the rep whose name I can't mention) that a Ford T-Bird shares the same chassis as a Chevy Nova, I lost ALL hope of being able to trust this company. A full bodied, 2dr Ford will NEVER be a sub-compact early 60s four door GM and will therefore NEVER share suspension parts. PERIOD. Anyone who makes this claim ought not even be in the automotive industry & shouldn't be trusted to sell a set of wiper blades at AutoZone, much less suspension components for classic cars.
Moving on, the pieces I received on the SECOND order had to ALL be modified, cut, grinded, and some weren't even used at all, as I had to go with another company to get the necessary parts to get my vehicle finished. The 4link bars were STILL wrong and both ends have right-handed threads so there's NO way to adjust them without removing them completely from the car.
In summary, if you want your vehicle sitting on quality suspension components & you want it done in a reasonable timeframe.... Please, for the love of God, look ANYWHERE but X2 Ind.
If they've changed ownership, maybe roll the dice, but be prepared for a runaround, months of combativeness & endless unnecessary stress and headaches only to inevitably source parts from other manufacturers.
Lesson learned - Stick with ordering from reputable, trustworthy retailers.
Stop trying to get this taken down, S1RHC. You're a phony and a fraud. Do better.

Terrible service
Terrible service, we bought an air suspension for Tahoe, apart from being expensive for what they give you, they sent me the entire incomplete system, not even a decent manual to be able to assemble what they gave me, we had to adapt parts since they didn't even know what it was.

Still waiting for resolve...
A plug-n-play kit was to be built for my specific vehicle & I received parts that were clearly intended for a much larger vehicle (truck/SUV). They would never work for a compact car due to physical size and dimensions. I have fought Chris in the X2 sales dept. for 2 months now on the issue and still haven't received the necessary parts to get my car finished. I have lost ALL faith in X2 as being a competent, trustworthy company. The customer service is abysmal at best. The gaps in communication are inexcusable and the tone I've received when I've clearly explained the issues has been brash & combative. For a company claiming 110% customer satisfaction, this is unacceptable. The complete lack of accountability from the X2 company is disgusting. It's 2023, and companies need to practice transparency and accountability if they have hang-ups or make mistakes. No excuses. With modern tech there's no reason they cannot track down the issues and get them sorted out. I'll definitely be looking elsewhere for any other parts for future vehicle builds. Stick to JEGS, Summit, Speedway Motors, or literally anyone else if you want to get correct parts and no runaround.

We would never run our customers around, we do our very best to accommodate all situations. Some of the expectations of aftermarket parts can be misconstrued and I am sure the fellas over at JEGS, Summit, Speedway Motors, or literally anywhere else would agree. We are always here to help if you need any and if there are parts that need to be replaced or reworked please let us know. Our customers know we will always do our best to make things right.

X2 Industries Issues- I am a…
X2 Industries Issues- I am a manufacturing engineer and found this to be a wonderfully crafted kit with absolutely horrific execution. Not worth the $6,300 I paid for it.
1. Advertised as plug and play; but Christopher Peltz said mechanic has to be “creative” (This required lots of grinding, welding, notching, and removal of OEM parking break for an electric brake)
2. THERE ARE NO LAYED OUT INSTRUCTIONS. YOU HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT!
3. Order placed October 2022. All missing parts didn’t finish coming in until February 2023. Terrible follow up throughout process. I had to beg for shipping status and often received answers saying it had been sent; but tracking was for other parts that had been missing.
4. Lots of pieces missing and lots of nuts / bolts left over. No instructions telling you which bolts are meant for what.
5. Compressor 90 fitting missing (very expensive to buy)
6. Wiring diagrams included in box were incorrect. Had to go on website to find correct wiring
7. Asked for invoice to get upgraded control system and never received it.
8. No offer extended to make this right based on the amount of issues with such an expensive kit.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, as we recently had a large volume of service and inquiries which caused a bit of a bottleneck.
If you are a legitimate customer in need of help please reach out and we would be more then happy to help you with any issues you are having with your system.
The toll free number is 1-800-823-0320
An order number would also be helpful.
Thank you in advance,

x2 industries will rip you off
I just want to give a heads up on x2 industries. I bought a pair of upper and lower control arms for my 99 dodge 3500 dually. Over $1500.00 in parts. The upper driver side control the ball popped out and messed up the hole the ball joint mounts into. After only being on the truck for 2 months. They would not back there part and said they would replace it if I paid $300.00 plus shipping. When they say quality parts guaranteed. I have been going back and forth for months with them sending them pictures. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

You were not required to pay anything, please stop spreading lies.. Below is the email that was sent to you from us:
(We cannot build a free set, but we can get those back to rework.
Or if you would prefer we can build a new set for $200 as a token charge.
Once they arrive you could then ship the current arms back to us and we will refund the above charge.
Let me know how you would like to proceed.)
The token is to ensure we receive our product back for the exchange, that is all.
You stated you no longer have your factory arms so sending the current arms for rework was not an option.
