typical scam, i ordered US, received United Kindgom Location, after i open support they close support tickets and banned my account

I ordered a VPS in date 08.08.2022 i paid with Litecoin through NowPayments < their gateway, after 20 confirmations invoice was Unpaid, okay i wait 48 hours for staff to make the invoice paid. they marked invoice paid in date 11.08.2022 after 12 hours the VPS was suspended, i do not even used in their client are in my VPS shows expired 4 days ago, is everything because they do not know to use WHMCS Billing Software, they do not know how to make invoice paid, they are very unprofessional in this business also i ordered VPS with Location USA(North) They send me United Kingdom.

After being customer for few months, my VPS has crashed multiple times, and been down once for few days, and now down for a week straight. Support has ignored my High priority ticket for 4 days now, I've left them multiple messages, tried to contact in telegram, live chat, discord, support tickets but no help at all. Horrible experience, would not recommend if you may need help with something.

the VPS keeps Crashing. Don't have good Support

I have purchased a 3 month plan , its been 2 days and it's still showing status as pending. I have also paid through PayPal basic but no response from the support team nothing.

1. I had my vps for not even a full day when your supposed to have it for 2 days. 2. i cant even log into my account any more.

Do not trust X-RDP. This seller does not have a solid service with many issues! Their whole website is broken and they charge more than listed! They make up rules to take advantage of the customer and steal their money. They do not follow their refund policy. Edit: I do see that the seller has responded to my review and would like to mention that the storage was not my only complaint and there were many more issues. Also, the seller had removed my access after leaving a bad review! I had not broken their "rules" that they had made up and had only removed my access after a left a bad review. It almost looks like the seller is hiding the truth. And I am also convinced that many of the sellers reviews are fabricated by the seller himself. Thanks
