Good registration but poor mail handling of mail.
They registered everything just fine and changed the LLC to be taxed as s-corp. The issue lies in the mail room at Gould St. whoever is handling mail there is not paying any attention and is not even trying to match addresses. They actually put my mail into a virtual box for an address in a completely different city. They didn't just do it once but TWICE. Can you imagine paying so little attention that you receive mail in Sheridan and think it belongs in a virtual box for Cheyenne!? I'm sorry but you can't be trusted with anyone's mail period. I also want to be clear that I'm not really sure the people at Gould St mailroom even work for buffalo registered agents because Gould St also handles northwest agents mail so it's probably not even buffalos fault directly but since buffalo relies on their service it's still a serious problem.
