they are scummer after paying amount they will ask for more things on there

This company wasted $300 of my hard-earned dollars without telling me how they filed my company and made it look as if they owned my business on the documents. In turn that made it very difficult for me to open a bank account. They NEVER answer the phone and play games with communication and email forwarding. You may never receive your mail from them. I usually get some sort of correspondence from the IRS after filling and I have hardly received anythin. They had the nerve to try to charge me an additional $30 after telling me that everything was included in my original package. They kow they're shady so now they want to say there's a cancellation fee. RUN AWAY!!!

As the other reviewer said you get what you pay for. I have an account with them and I am looking to leave that is how I stumble across this site. I had a check that that got mailed to my business address which is them. So I sent an email told them to please mail it to me. I followed up with 5 calls and finally got to speak to a man that was really nice and he told me it was already mailed out. I received 3 emails contrary. I was told to sent money to cover the cost to mail it even though I was told it will be waived. For me, I needed my check to cover expenses I had to take care of. After they got the money to mail my check it took them another 1 week to mail out my check and I had to call leave voice messages send emails before this finally happened with no apology. They do not pick up calls and Aurora the office manager does whatever she likes. I will advise you not to do anything with them it is not worth it. The customer service is horrible. I am ready to share the email correspondence with the company and myself. Stay away from them. I guess the man I spoke with is the owner he needs to hire people that understand how to treat customers if he wants to remind in business. I sincerely feel the Aurora person must be family because of the BAD customer service
