I am writing about a very peculiar company that tries to acquire all your info and doesn't function well as a vacation rental solution on Airbnb or other platforms because this company tries to override your preferences with tons of questionable paperwork and restrictive outcomes!!! For instance, they try to tell you you can't have guests at any time - haha! - and can't use communal areas in your apartment rental!
