After receiving the report I actually knew more than they did. Even after me giving more than a bit of info. Resolution? pay about 2,000 more for additional services.

Wymoo tried to give me an incentive to remove my bad review. They offered me $400 back if i removed it. Gave me a deadline. I didnt remove it so they blocked my email address.

Don't waste your money. I provided plenty of information. No passport or ID. Though. Plenty of genuine pictures and information. More than enough . Turned it around in less than 3 days. Didn't tell me anything néw just sent a report with everything on confirming what I already knew myself and had provided for them. No new information at all. I could have written the report myself. Threatened legal action because I didn't pay on time. Difficult from a hospital bed. Emailed and said I would pay them asap. Was 3 installments. Paid one already. Demanding payment if balance in full. Still harrassed by 2 phone calls and emails the next day. Feels like ive been scammed again to the tune of $600 told them this. They have themselves well covered. Saying I didn't provide ID or passport. Of which I told them I didn't have at the start. So why didn't they say that they couldn't investigate without this. WHY. Save your hard earned cash. Or put it down the drain.

Just a scam this company

Didn't do as agreed. I have no more information than I had before. They agreed to do an investigation based on information I gave them. After receiving initial payment they said they couldn't do the investigation without more information that I didn't have. Feel they pulled a bait and switch in my opinion. Remember with enough money anyone can build a website to look legitimate and real. Buyer beware

Don't fall for their scam. They do not delivery what they claim to due, waste of money. Customer service is terrible. Run!!!
