WyckesReviews of wyckes.com

They had such great customer service, & their delivery team was very professional in and out, they didn't leave any mess after puting together my furniture. Thanks Wyckes Furniture.

Wyckes provided great customer service. Made me feel welcomed and well informed

Rich and his crew were fantastic. When I picked up my order, it was packed very nicely and they put it in my car so it would be easy for me to get out.

Best experience best customer service I had an outstanding business experience dealing with there customer service reps great

I ordered 8 chairs, all arrived quickly and were in perfect shape!

I don't necessarily like buying furniture but i move quite often and i try to remodel every year. Smaller things like coffee tables lamps chairs etc. I've been to other funiture stores and it's all pretty standard. You walk in, pick something you like or something out of a catalog and you place your order. Not here, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! I don't ever walk out of there feeling like I got hustled. I leave happy and i've been shopping with rich for close to 4 years now. Just furnished my little sisters room and everything was very easy to assemble. The bedframe was easy, desk chair was easy, lamps were easy. The desk took me 1 hour& 20 minutes to assemble but only because i'm slow with the drill Lol the instructions are and always have been on point. I had a couple questions and called in and they took the time to explain everything to me. They didn't rush me off the phone knowing i wasn't calling about a sale. Highly recommended with incredible prices!

Excellent quality and price. Glad I waited to buy my dining room chairs at Wyckes. Saw them in the store. Ordered on line and had free shipping.

Needed to buy some new mattresses and Rich helped us narrow them down to the ones we wanted that fit our budget and comfort. We had such a good experience we decided to come back less than a week later and purchase a bedroom set. We will be back again in a few weeks for some couches.
