Several of my items did not fit well, and I tried to contact the company for a return or exchange, but the only way to contact them is a email, and they have not returned my email. My next option is to request paypal to step in.

Several things are both wrong and dishonest When ordering the site assures one the garments are made in South Carolina US. When they arrive they are made in China. The description states that the garment is 64% cotton but there's none in what you receiveThe sizes do not conform with what they say in their tables. There is also no way of contacting anybody at the company to discuss return/exchange. It surprises me there is not yet awareness of their dishonesty

The item I received was nothing like the picture and the size was too small $60.00 on line but converted to Canadian it was over $80.00. No return address and no phone number. Their site promised and easy return policy and FULL refund.. I sent email about returning and getting refund, but they only offered me $8.00 refund. When I objected strong about getting full refund, they then offered me $ 16.00. Again I objected demanding my money back. They then countered back $32.00. I determined that this whole site was a scam and then found out on my last response from them that these responses were coming from Dubai. I will be reporting them to the authorities and my credit card company. These people are frauds. Will never order anything from them ever again. Will stick to in-perso retailers from now on. People don’t ever order anything from Wunul. Block them.

Scam deluxe. No return address or phone number. I have notified authorities. And I have back charged on my credit card. I have also sent back the package

Horrible quality and doesn't take returns. You email for a return and they don't respond.

Do not trust this company. Ordered 3 dresses. None of them are as pictured in the online catalog. The cut was different. The material pattern was similar to the pictures but not the same. The material is very cheap synthetic, it is definitely not cotton. Some of the dresses had unfinished edges. Even the sizes are off. Ordered small but the sizes varied with each dress. On top of it all they arrived one month late from their "estimated" delivery time of three business weeks. When I contacted them about the issues they originally offered a refund of about 20%. After repeatedly contacting them the final refund offer was 70% of what I paid and I could donate the items to charity. I did not check online reviews before purchasing, I should have.

I did not receive the items I ordered. They sent something else. When I tried to contact them to return the items I was unable get to the correct place to talk to anyone because the website was not working properly Debbie Lacy
