Happy with product, web site, ease of ordering and timely receipt of product. Sent email to customer service, but never received a reply to my question. Didn't like that.

Not as expected
I was paying to get my eyebrows tanned(went back once since WunderBrow) and thought I would give WunderBrow a try. it's okay, not really what I expected. My eyebrows gets hard and feels soo dry. I will try to apply it on a with a different brush to see if that works better.

Not too crazy about it
I gave into the hype and wasn't blown away. For some reason it is not water proof on my eyebrows (I do not put any lotions prior and don't have oily skin). It does stay on all day. I did test to see how long it would last and slept with it on. Wasn't on my brows by morning. I don't recommend

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please make sure that you are not using any oil-based products (cleanser/removers/creams) before or after applying WunderBrow as these will affect the results. We also recommend that you use a toner to remove all the natural oil from the skin to strengthen the staying power. When applying WunderBrow use it sparingly and remove excess product on the lip of the tube. Use light strokes to create a natural look.

Color ( Blond ) too dark.
Having very little brow hairs, I have to apply mostly on skin and there is nothing to feather. Consequently my brows look more "fake" than I would like them to be.

Thick brows
The Wunder Brow product helps you create a very strong brow color and line if you like that. The only downside I noticed is that the instructions are to create light, feathery strokes in the brow area; unfortunately, the brush provided is quite thick . . . like a lip gloss brush. Better if the brush had a thinner, pointed shape to assist in creating the feathery look. It was a bit challenging.

Need more colour choices
Product is nice - took me two tries to get used to it. Wish there were more colour choices though. Black is too dark and black/brown is practically grey. Very ashy. The brown is too light. Need something in between brown and black/brown....
