It is semi perm yes great but the black/brown turn out grey. I have mailed it back. Wasn't happy.

Ordered this product via the customer service call center on February 8th. Did not get my product until three and a half weeks later. I called during this time to check on the status of my order and was told that there was a delay in the shipping. I was told that I could cancel my order and place a new order and it would be there in 3-5 business days. (Quicker than my previous order.) But I chose to wait for my original order as the refund on my credit card would take 7-10 business days. I am happy with my purchase, but I am NOT happy with the shipping time. To me, there is NO excuse for that kind of delay. Thank you for your time.

I placed my 2nd order on 21st Feb. Today we are 2nd March. The order has not been shipped yet. The full amount was paid in advance by credit card

It is not good product, it stays for one day.

I would not recommend this product. The makeup is below average. No coverage or advantages!

Although this product helped to make my eyebrows appear fuller it had a weird texture when dry. It looks very fake when applied, and the brush is not very precise when applying to actual eyebrows. Honestly, I believe it was a waste of money. I was really hoping this product was better, but hopefully it is all that someone else expects. It is a great concept but I just couldn't get it to work for me.

Doesn't work without a specialized make up brush. Ended up selling it to someone else. It didn't work for me at all
