I ordered Wunder Kiss on August 22nd. I received an email saying that a shipping label was created that day. August 30th the product still had not shipped out so I contacted support. It took over 24 hours to get a response and all I was told was: " I am very sorry for the delay you are experiencing. Do to high demand the shipping has delayed with this product. You should receive your order between 7-10 business days. If you have any other question or concerns, please feel free to contact us." It now says I will receive the product by September 17th. Almost a whole month later.

Doesn't work for African American ladies or many others,

Does not plump lips as indicated on video...not even close. Maybe a VERY slight plumping is all that happens. Nothing out of the ordinary for this price especially.

I was under the impression that you didn't have to have much or any hair? This went on but, the brush is way to thick..I cannot seem to get the thinner line so this does not work for me at all. Now I've wasted 66.00..And I don't see where you can return unopened tubes???????????

I see lots of great reviews on this product so I am not trying to take away from that, but personally I do not like it. It looks nothing like it does on the advertisement. It doesn't give the results that I expected. It's very light and the brush doesn't really do much. I like cream products much better, where it gives me a more defined brow with a natural appearance. I think it works ok for added brow color but as far as defining the brow it just looks "smeared". I know how to apply brow enhancers, I've been doing this for a year. So I don't blame it on application techniques. It's just not a product that gives results like the ones I see on Facebook.

To begin with, the applicator it comes with is to thick. Very difficult to apply, had to use one of my own brushes. Then it indicated it was permanent for up to 3 days and smudge proof, however by the end of the day it had lightened up and smeared on my hand. Forget the 3 days. Overall I feel I could have purchase something at the local grocery store for a fraction of the price.

The product takes some time to apply correctly, it's buildable but needs to dry between applications in order to look more natural and void of clumps. This made getting ready each morning a chore. Also, I was looking forward to not having to apply my brows everyday, but Wunderbrow is not water proof or resistant. My brows were gone after my evening shower...

I bought the brow, lash and under eye cream. Everything comes off if you use any oil (a moisturizer), so it really doesn't last. I use bobbi brown brow (works great) and expect and get the same results. The mascara is a lot like maybelline waterproof. nice, but smears under the eyes in the morning. The under eye cream, sits on the surface Just didn't like the products. Returned them 2 1/2 weeks ago and still no refund.
