I love it...it's like hair appears and it last for days...it is a wonder!!

I'm rarely impressed by the latest "beauty miracle" that seems to come along weekly and I rarely try any of them. But after 25 years of filling in my eyebrows every day with pasty pencils I decided to give this a try. I now do my eyebrows once every 4 days or so, which has made my mornings so much less irritating! I'll be buying it again and have told everyone I know who uses eyebrow pencil.

The product itself is absolutely great, which is why I gave it five stars! The customer service on the other hand, needs some work. First I think you need to build more logic into your website. For example if a person orders I wonder brown and a wonder lift extra Wonderly should not ever be offered immediately following a person picking in choosing their order. It's confusing! Secondly your customer service reps are really rude! When I realize that I was billed for Wonderbra oh and the Wunderlich times two I became very upset and gave your customer service team call! The initial rep that I spoke with felt like he was in a position of being a manager and when I explain that I was charged twice for a wonder lift he proceeded to say that there was nothing that you guys to do instead I needed to return the item. Because I have recently placed my order and I was billed twice I ask him to explain to me the process of returning I an item. After he was being rude he explained to me that the items were all in one package. I understand that the integrity of organization is one of the most important things in the world effect it's what it retains customers. The fact that I was billed twice and my items being included in one package was a direct red flag to me. Axis me to a customer service manager and after waiting on hold for 10 minutes the call was disconnected. As you know convenience is important and at the time I was at work and cannot call back. Ended up calling back several days later when I did not ever receive the one package that we initially talked about on the call. At the time I was told that my package has been fixed meaning that I would only receive one wonder route and one wonder lift and that it was on its way. I appreciate the fact that you guys fix the order but I do not appreciate never receiving a phone call to notify me that the order was being fixed. It's very disrespectful in my opinion any shows the lack of integrity and follow-through of your organization. Although I really think your product is great I'm the type of customer that looks at the integrity of the company more so than the product itself and I can assure you that I will never order anything from your company again!

I love the application and the long wear ! I chose the Brunette color and it is perfect for me !

At first when i received the WUNDERBROW I was a little disappointed because I received the wrong color but loved the way it stayed on and looked, however my hair is black and i received the light brown blondish color. I called the customer service and with no problem sent me the right color for free as a courtesy. I received the right color in about 5 days and absolutely 💘 Love this product. Ive received allot of compliments and so easy to apply. My husband said it looks more natural. Im so 😂 happy. Thanks WUNDERBROW great experience XOXO
