It was useless it did me no good

I never received the product I paid for. I reached out to customer service, the representative said because the tracking number said delivered that I need to check with the postal service. I checked with the postal service using the tracking number provide there was no record of it. I called back to let the representative know and was given the same information. So I'm not happy or satisfied because I paid for a product that I never received.

I ordered the 39.99 package, the WUNDERBrow product, applicator brush, and remover. I only received the applicator brush, and That was 18 days later. I sent a message through customer service on the order, and still no reply. NOT HAPPY!

Because I never received my brush to use it.

I bought 2 different shades and the outcome was horrible for both. I feel like I wasted my money and it's not even worth me trying to get a refund. Those videos are completely bogus.

Doesn't color evenly, very liquidie. I had to apply then apply my regular product on top. Double use of products. Totally does not due what they advertise.

I ordered this product December 17th...order#3039590. Didn't receive it until January 13th. After waiting so long to receive it I was excited to try it out. After many attempts, it is apparent that this is just a terrible product. It is difficult to apply, it clumps together, dries like an ashy gel, does not apply well to any skin area (so you have to apply 10+ times on any area you don't have eyebrow hair). Overall, I'm extremely disappointed. On top of that, I've been trying for a week to contact the company to get my money back since they guarantee that if you don't like the product they will refund your money. No such luck. I haven't gotten even one reply and I've sent them email after email. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

This product was extremely thin and took multiple, multiple layers to get any effect. It was incredibly messy and difficult to use and not get all over my hands or the brushes. I definitely would not buy this product, or any other ones ever again.
