I was so happy to get my product but was unhappy with the end result. I found the applicator brush was too thick. It didn't allow for a thin application. So I tried my own angled brushes, I still found it difficult to apply thinly for a more natural look. I really tried to give it a fair trial period, but I didn't like the finished look made up look at all and it took me a long time to apply. No time saved at all to my morning routine. Also it did not stay on as promised. I sent it back. Since then I found two over the counter drugstore brands I liked better and they stay on. Sorry, not for me.

I ordered the brown and the color was not brown and the product did not stay on like indicatied. After one shower the color was off. I will not order again.

It's nothing lIke what any of the ads depict and for the price, it should have been amaking. It also comes off easier than claimed as well.

I have thick eyebrow hair, which I like, but dislike the shape due to missing hair in certain areas. When applying the brunette shade of wunderbrow, the color was darker than it appeared on the website and the texture of the product, when dry, felt like hardened gel. Most of the girls in the videos I've seen have thin light eyebrows and I wonder if this is designed for that specific type of brow.

In the social media marketing for this product I often see women with practically no eyebrows create them using Wunderbrow. And I can do that, but the official website and product packaging claim the product will stay on your face for days, which is why I bought it. It does not stay on my face for days; I bought it so that I wouldn't have to pencil in my eyebrows every morning, but I still have to use Wunderbrow every morning. The only benefit this product has had for me is no smudging throughout the day, but it definitely does not stay put longer than one day. I think the liquid needs to adhere to something, not just my skin, so it may stay set for filling your eyebrows you do have, but does not stay in place for days when I use it to create eyebrows I don't have.

The liquid gets sloppy even when I take my time ordered 3x and pencil ordered 4 times the the lead pencil came off for each purchase. So 7x 24.00 or what ever it cost I wasted a lot of money. It looks so easy from the video. But when I try it doesn't. And it does not fill the spaces on my eyebrow. Being that I ordered so many times what can you give me to replace these two item. It's a shame I spent so much money

I got wunderbrow in brunette but the color was too light for me. I have been trying to exchange it with a brown/black with no success. When i call customer service i can't reach anyone and when i filled out a contact form online, no one got back to me with an email. Now it's been more than 30 days since my purchase and even if i reach someone somehow they will probably give me a hard time about the return. I don't even want to simply return i just wanted to exchange for a darker color. It's been months of no success with that.

Didnt send right color and shouldnt cost $22 dollors. But i wish you guys could have send black but work some what good.
