It was just terrible it made my lines look worse when it dried...I would never order again

I was excited when I bought it thinking it would last three days, so I wouldn't have to shape my eyebrows everyday. I washed my face after using it the 1st night and it came off with my face wash. I tried using it the next morning and liked how it looked and didn't wipe off as I touched up my makeup throughout the day. However I bumped my eyebrow with my powder and it powder basically stuck to my brow turning the spot extremely light. Thank goodness I was traveling and had my normal eyebrow stuff that I could go touch my brows up with that.

I will be returning the product. It does not stay on as advertised. I bought the blonde eyebrow cream and it was gone by the next morning. I did call you service line and woman I talked to was very nice an polite. I was calling on not receiving it in a timely manner. She was not sure why but said I would get a follow up call and I did. Customer service is excellent wish the product was.

I Thought The "Dark Brown" Was Going To Be Exactly That But The Color Once Placed Was A Brownish Gray Color, Horrible Looking. Nowhere Near The Color On The Displayed Models.

If you are of a paler completion and have light blond or grey hair, then blond is not for you unless you are after a clown look.

The color I ordered and the color I received was totally2 different shades. I ordered black and received light brown which did not go well with my dark chocolate skin tone. I didn't try to return since i did not want to pay any shipping charges for the return Phyllis Wilson

I am very disappointed because I received the wrong color brown instead of dark brown that I requested. Money wasted,

The website gave me errors when I tried to purchase something. So naturally I tried again. Since it was giving me errors I decided to give up. Next thing I know, my credit card was charged 3 times and the item was shipped. I asked them to stop the shipping and refund my credit card and they said they were unable to do so. Which made me very angry because the website literally said that the order did not go through. Then they said I can refuse the order, well they all came in one package so I had to take one out and when I went to bring the rest to the post office to send back to them, the post office said I would have to pay for that after they assured me I wouldn't have to. Over all my experience was bad but the product itself is great.
