The day after I received the product I went to use it and kept pumping it to get product out and it wouldn't work.I had to take the whole thing apart just to get the foundation out. The bottle needs improvement.

I purchased the product colour that they recommended. It was way to dark and terrible. I looked like some kind of freak and it took forever to remove. Too much of a pain to return so just threw it in the garbage. I will never buy again and will not recommend to anyone. Very poor product and a total waste of money

This item should come with a thin brush for application instead of a brush wand. Did not state on fully even after 2 attempts; smudged after both times, and had to be fully removed after one day. Get longer coverage from a brow gel applied with a thin eyebrow brush and wand.

I have a birth defects on my face that has a blue color to it. This product didn't cover the blue at all. This product doesnt work for me.

I am a brown skinned Black woman and I am very disappointed that you did not have a shade for me. The color "black" that you have is too black and made me look like a witch. The so-called brown/black that I ordered next is not accurately named. There is not black in the color at all and the brown just blends in with my complexion, so neither color is of any use to me. My suggestion to you would be to actually make a brown/black or just a dark brown. Maybe name it "darkest brown". Until that happens, I will not be buying anymore of your product. It was a waste of my $44.

Firstly, the ordering experience online was fast and easy. Shipment arrived fairly quickly within a few days. Return request was very professional and courteous. Although I like the idea and wanted so badly for Wunderbrow2 to work for me, it did not. I have sparse, thin, very light colored brows. The brush was too fat and flat. I wanted it to be more angular and sharp. I could not make a thin enough outline. Then I found it too gloppy even though I wiped it off on the rim first. Basically, I did not like the brush. Perhaps you need different brushes for different brow types.

It took longer to receive than I was told. Perhaps the result of poor mail service. I have red hair, but my brows are a medium brown. I ordered the blond because anything darker always looks painted on. In those areas where I have no brows, it was difficult to get a straight line. I think if it was a bit thicker, it would be easier to control and would fill-in better.

I love the product, however I ordered black brown. When i apply it, the color seems to look more like an ashy grey. I went online to read the reviews, turns out other people have this same complaint. I was going to go back and purchase the black but I just doesn't want to give away anymore money
