I just received the product so have yet to try it... My 2 star rating has to do ENTIRELY with EXTREMELY slow delivery. I ordered the product online through a FB-promoted link. I typically purchase a very expensive brow product from Ulta that I have been happy with, but I decided to try Wonderbrow 2. The wait to receive it was so lengthy, I ran out of my own product. Rather than pay the high price for the Ulta product again AND for the Wonderbrow, I just kept waiting and waiting for my Wonderbrow to arrive, and I used a cheap eyebrow pencil in the meantime... Which looks obvious... and 'cheap'. =( My recommendation to potential WONDERBROW customers: Although you may find that you LOVE this product when you finally get it, make sure you have plenty of your own product on hand to use in the meantime while you are waiting to get this one.

Ordered my product a week before Christmas because it said it would be here by December 23rd. I didn't get my product till January 7th at the very end of the day (6pm). When trying to track the product several times it was still in Pending. Tried contacting the company my email and messenger thru Facebook and all I got was a reply back with "New Products". I tried calling every number just to be put on hold for 10mins and then hung up on with no "hello" all 6 times I called. All the numbers were dead lines. I resorted to manually looking up the company, it's affiliates, and retained 3 different phone numbers all which are routed back to the same number on their site. When I finally got in contact with someone via email, they said or would be ANOTHER 2 WEEKS till I got my product. I posted my review on their site 2 different times to which were deleted. Worst experience I've had.

The brush is way to thick and you can't really shape your brow. In addition of the brush being too thick the liquid is even thicker. Looks blotted on of you don't use a thin brush. If you don't have a steady hand you will never get it right. Pencil liner works better for me and lits 80% cheaper

It took awhile to receive my product. The brush is terrible. Even though I have watched many of the application videos it does not work like advertised. The product made my eyebrows stand straight up despite trying everything to make them lay down. Personally, a waste of money.

Because I use foundation, the product can be wiped off fairly easily.

I purchased the wonderbrow gel, wondercleanse, and dual precision brush, which was shipped December 20, 2016. Unfortunately I have yet to receive the products.

Hey ! Wander 2 some dolls are not perfect be patient double check ur order . It’s all good .

This product did not work as described. I have thin brows and this did not work at all. I tried 3 different brow brushes and nothing made the product look natural or go on easily.
