I followed directions but cannot get the smooth look . It clumps up. I will return it after I try 3 or 4 times. The color is great .

The applicator could be better, too long of a tip. I like the product as it does stay on until removed and the quantity is great for the price.

I ordered a package that contained Wonderbrow gel, special applicator, and gel remover. I received the applicator separately without an invoice or explanation as to if or when I would receive my other items. The remaining items arrived two weeks later, after I inquired about my missing products online. Information should have been packaged stating that some items are shipped separately. I would have given a 5 star review if this issue had not occurred.

I am a little disappointed with the product but it may just be that I need to learn how to use it.

This product does what it says it will do- does not smudge & waterproof. Unfortunately, if you don't have hairs for it to stick to, you have to layer it several times for it to adhere to your skin. I ordered the black/brown. When you first put it on, it's fairly light. As it dries it darkens and matches perfectly.

how can I rate my experience when I haven't gotten my refund yet?

I loved using wunder2, but it does NOT stay on for days. The product is easily removed with water and your usual face cleanser. I like the hold it has during the day, but it was advertised to stay on "for days" until you removed it with the wunder cleanser and this is not true at all. I loved the product, but because it didn't stay on like it should have I rated it a 3.

The product leaves a residue on the hair of my brows which becomes lighter as it dries and doesn't blend in well with the rest of the brow.
