I ordered via a Facebook link, the Wunderbrow and Wunderlash Extentions. It took an average amount of time to receive my order (considering the holidays and all) but what I received was nothing more than average "drug store" quality products with a Lancôme price tag. The Brow product was not at all the color it was described as (I ordered brown/black and I received a red ashy brown) and it was clumpy with a nail polish type brush. Not at all the over hyped, earth changing product it was made out to sound. The lash extensions is nothing more than a liquid black mascara with a pipe cleaner type brush... that in all fairness works well for the bottom lashes... but not at all something I would ever buy again. My call to customer care resulted in a hasty and convenient "hang up" on both occasions... even when I called from my office landline phone. My feeling about the company/shopping/service/and product is more like a 1 1/2 star... I was treated terribly, the products are in essence-not usable and over all there was nothing "Wonderful about Wunderproducts" I sincerely regret the money spent with them... and will never buy their poor quality products ever again.

Very deceiving from pictures and tutorial. Very hard to apply properly to look natural and dries too quickly and turns a grayish color is comed over too much while trying to style brows. I heard it was good for making brows when you have none.

When I would apply it and try to brush it, it erased the content. Did not work well.

It's ok but I did not see a big difference as far as fuller & longer lashes. I like that it stays on but boy hard time to take off & tried so many things. Lost several lashes while trying to take off. Going to return them. I had high hopes for these two products.

Need in a pencil do not like gel.

I bought this product (wunderbrow) thinking that it was magic, and is not. Shipping takes more than a week to arrive. The product is really nice with a great color, buthe comes off really easy wen you wash your face ( water and soap) use any cream, take off your make with baby wipes, etc. Works of you don't touch it, like any brand. Just a LITTLE more resistant. And when you want to send it back you have to pay for the shipping !!!!!!!!!! I always buy stuff online and almost always they send the option to print the post label and send it for free. They don't! Pretty bad! Really disappointed.

Color was not a brunette color, and did not stay on like it says it would!!!!

They sell you a product that requires a special remover and dont even include any with the product! I have been afraid to try it out yet as I dont have the special remover!! They dont tell you that when you order!
