This is simply paint in a tube. The brush is huge (not defined) and the instructions are bare. The result is looking like a painted doll. Really not natural at all. I regret spending money on this.

I never received my product

This item took so long to ship its ridiculous. Ordered it with plenty of time for my vacation but it took so long to ship that it didn't get here in time. I'm writing this and my item still hasn't arrived!!! Over three weeks now.

I have submitted two email to ask for directions to return products. No answer. To start with the, product took two weeks to arrive, it arrived damaged and I did not like the product

Every attempt I had using this product was unsuccessful. It leaves a cakey layer on my browser even with one light coat of the product. It's more of an ashy charcoal gray apposed to a natural dark color.

Wunder Brows didn't last for days as advertising. I don't know whether it is because I don't have lots of hair on my brows or I didn't applied it on probably. But it did lasted for a whole day.

I use stencils & it was terrible trying to apply.. just like a goopy lip gloss kind of feel. Maybe if it was thicker.. but how am I supposed to "brush" wet paint on my face & keep it in a uniform pattern?! The "blonde" color looked a tad gray/green/brown. Wouldn't recommend to someone with clear eyebrows to begin with.

I ordered the brow product several weeks ago. Tried to order on line but there was some issues with system accepting my address- so I called customer service line - ordered - confirmed with lady that took order that she had my address correct - I received tracking number but nothing ever showed up - come to find out after several discussions with FedEx my name and address were never put on shipment - how ridiculous - once I found this out I again called customer service- told them package was sent back to them - ask them what they were going to do and they said sorry we will resend - I ask for over night since I had been waiting so long they said sorry we can't do that but we will give you a $5.00 credit - I said well better than nothing I guess - so I am still waiting - was told I would receive in about a week to 10 days - ask for tracking number they said they would email to me. Never emailed - I called again - was given a tracking number and it does have correct mailing address- so you will know this product is sent via Fedex postal service- Fedex does not bring to you but sends it to your local post office. Concerning the product - wonderful product - can't find any better or I certainly would not have gone thru all of this crap to get it- it really works.
