It was not as easy as it was made to be in the video. You could not shape or style it to your liking. Perhaps, the brush needed to finer.

didnt get my product at all

I order the brown/ black . Did not not like the color at all. I should have order the black. It didn't seem to blend or stay on that long.

I tried the product but I found I was allergic to it. My eyebrows became very itchy. I immediately called customer service and sent the product back. I considered sending it as registered mail with a tracking number, but learned that it costs almost as much as I paid for the product. I send it via regular mail with Canada Post. I emailed customer service today as it has been 2 weeks and they replied that they did not receive my package. How convienient. It is obvious that they tell you to send the product back via registered mail because most people don't want to spend $25 and just keep the product (and eat the cost). Overall very disappointed. I should have just kept the product and given it to a friend.

My skin is both oily and dry but on the eyebrows it is very oily I tried the wonderbrow 2 and it did not last as I expected. It only last a little by the end of day I had to remove it because it looked bad.

I really wanted this product however this company does not know how to fill out a shipping label despite having the correct address. I had to wait 2 weeks for the order to get to my city and then the post office wouldn't deliver due to a bad label. When i called customer service they said they would have to wait for product to be returned and then they could resend it but there was no guarantee i would actually receive the product since my address did not change. Based on the timeline, I would have had to wait 2 more weeks for them to receive the product back and then wait 2 more weeks for them to resend. All in all it just wasn't worth it to me. BEWARE if you have an apartment or suite this company does not know how to fill out the shipping label.

Please I sent the product back, not matching color and as ads.

I have used it every day no difference, wrinkles still there.
