I am returning this product. The brush is too large and soft to use effectively and brow colot came off the same day. It did not stay for days as advertized. I was very disappointed with this.

Great service, order arrived very timely. The product does NOT live up to its professions. It's a great color for me, but it does NOT stay on. You also have to keep applying it to get a good application. Will not send it back because I do not believe that Wunder Brow is touting a product that does not do what it professes. I do believe, however, that more works needs to be done to affect that "perfect brow" that the profess. I will continue to use other products over the Wunder Brow to achieve brow that i like for myself.

I tried to return my order - never opened. I got an email saying someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Even after a 2nd request, I still have not heard back.

The shade is too light compared to the picture in the advertisement. I Still have to put my nyx shade to make it darker. Would like to return but lost track of time.

I orderd the black/brown wunderbrow gel and it was to light i wish i would have known it was lighter than shown on website if your hair is dark brown and you like a darker brow dont get the black/brown

When I saw the model applied this product looks very easy to apply, very smooth, and not that watery, the real color is not even close to that color that is showing, din't satisfy my needs or expectation, tried twice and never use it again. I also think it is very expensive.

Like most who order Wunderbrow, I have thin eyebrows from too much waxing. I wear makeup all the time and often fill my browns in with Benefit "Goof Proof" #4 eye pencil, which is my perfect color, but I wanted something more permanent for summer and when I sweat. I went with the brunette, first. I had to return it because it was too light. I then tried the black/brown, and it just doesn't seem to really work.. The color matches better, but when I spoolie the product over my brows, the product comes right off and the remaining product cakes on my brows. I am not sure where I went wrong, but I've tried all types of techniques with different brushes, angles, spoolies, colors, etc... The product just doesn't work me. I am disappointed.

A lot of money for something that looks very strange on my eye lid.
