I was wondering where my shipment was and contacted the company as the tracking info would not display. The woman who helped me was extremely friendly, very sympathetic and concerned. She advised me of the estimated delivery date which was a very long time from my placement of the order - everything else I had purchased online the same day had arrived a week prior. It seems that the shipper was holding the product for longer than should be and she contacted them to improve my delivery date. Very prompt, professional and courteous service. And I love this product - the blonde color is a perfect match, application is very simple and I love the results. I would recommend a better brush for the first application - not one so thick and more pointed to make fine strokes.

Too often products don't live up to their hype. Wunderbrow does! It works fabulously. I have only one delta: please add a redder auburn.
