the product looks great and if it matched me more it would of been perfect but instead it did not match me at all

The service I received from Wunderbrow was great. Quick shipping, easy-to-use web site. However, I found the product lacking. I have thin and patchy eyebrows and the brunette looks painted on, almost like watercolours. I find if I want it to look natural I need to add some powder or something on top. Additionally, the product doesn't last for days--it lasts the full day, but not multiple days.

Ordering was very easy, got it quicker than i anticipated and packaging was impeccable! Unfortunately, im not at all happy with the actual product. I am apparently allergic to the cleanser formula, so that was unpleasant (at best). And im not a pro... BUT i was a Beauty Advisor for AVON (3yrs)...so i do know my way around a made-up face. I cannot get this product to work for me. No matter what i do it never looks natural and does not fill in the its supposed to. And i cant even return it now cuz 30 days have already passed! Another useless product in my collection, sad really cuz i had such high expectations!

Not as easy to use, long lasting or as good as expected

I had purchased something similar at a drug store that said waterproof and turned out to only be partially true so I was hoping this product would be different. It is sweat proof but not water proof or smudgeproof besides where it attaches to your eyebrow hair. I have thinner eye brows so where the product is just on my skin (which is where I need it most) it can be smudged and wiped off without the special cleanser, unlike they have advertised. I would say it does a good job of staying put but nothing special. Was a little bummed after using it because I had much better expectations.

The applicator is too thick it should be smaller and on an angle.

I bought the brow gel. Its ok. I still have to use my favorite brow pencil and brow brush. Its says lasts 3 days...im lucky if it lasts over night. Not really worth the money.

My first impression of the product was great! I put it on, did the finger smudge test, no mess, went to the gym (sweat, sweat) and took a shower still not budge. But the product also states that it should last up to 3 days. After waking up to the second day my eyebrows did not look like the first day. Some of the product had come off, leaving me to touch it up. I think the concept is great, I just wish it was more permanent.
