Have not received it..

I am very upset with this companies delivery promise it is not 3-5 days it's almost a month of waiting for my products and I've been given two times the same false promise by the representative and again I have not yet to receive anything I wouldn't even give a 1 star if that was a option

I paid for my wonder2 brow product 4 weeks ago and it never even made it to me. i am very disappointed because I was looking forward to trying the product out. If this is the customer service you provide, no thank you. I will be going elsewhere.

I was told it would take approximately five business days and it has now been 19 business days. Went to go look at my order and there's nothing for tracking.

I've placed my other on January 29,2017 and I'm stilling waiting called and was told it would be next week, that my friends was February 10th and I'm still waiting maybe it will come before Christmas or I'll just give up and purchase another product for my brows from the mall. Rthomas

Ordered January 30, 2017 and to date have not received anything. Not sure what next steps should be taken as my credit card has been charged even though I have not received any products.

It does not go on like the ad suggests the tip is not fine and the gel does not sit easily. The color is a lot lighter than the suggested shade. Brunette is more like a light blonde. You will definitely need to go a shade higher and order the eye brow brush which the ad does not indicate at all.
