Not as great as they said.
Product is not easy to apply. extremely dark, does not look natural, no waterproof. Extremely disappointed.

Tried contacting customer service multiple times and no response. "Forced" to keep the product that I'm not satisfied with.

Disappointed
I followed the directions to the letter and the product does not do as described. I was also able to remove the eyebrows with my regular makeup remover two hours after I applied it. Very disappointed in the product.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear that your disappointed with your WunderBrow. The WunderBrow was made to last several days, Make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based.

Does it work?
This product does not work. It only puts the product on eyelashes that are already there.

This product does not work as described. I am not happy with this product.
I ordered this product thinking that it would work as described and it's awful. It is not water proof and it is not easy to apply specially with the applicator provided. I would not recommend this product to a friend .

Hi Jillian, we are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with your WunderBrow. We do actually provide a 30-day trial for our products and if you do not like the color or the product itself, you are more than welcome to return for a refund as long as it falls within the 30 days.

Horrible Customer Service
When I bought my 2nd Wunder brow I accidently ordered the wrong color. Within minutes of ordering, I called and sent an email to change color. Of course they never responded so I called again the following day. The gentlemen I spoke with was rude and unapologetic. I just wanted the right color and in so many words it was you ordered the wrong color so it's your fault.
