Formula went on oily and cookie doesn't stay put until several coats dried on top of each other...time consuming process. It was very smudge proof in the end.

I have ordered your product twice. I have auburn hair and I have order the auburn, twice. It is in no way considered AUBURN, it's brown and very dark at that!! Not a good color for me. I don't mind paying the price for the product but this is not right. You show the picture of someone with auburn hair and your product appears to match her hair color. That's false advertisement as far as I'm concerned!

Very hard to apply not good for someone who have spots in their eyebrows

I enjoyed the ease of ordering the product online. I didn't have any issues or questions prior to ordering so I didn't have to connect with any customer service agents. The product arrived within a decent time frame but unfortunately, I don't see what all the fuss is about. The product does not blend well (for me), nor is it waterproof (however smudge-proof - it is). The color recommendation is also very off, in my opinion. I have darker skin, perhaps that's why...

I wasn't sure the color was going to work but tried brunette since I am dk brown and it was fine. Went on easily and looked natural enough. However, I was counting on waterproof and sleep proof. NOT. I put makeup on and then swam all day in the pool - getting face thoroughly wet several times but by evening it had worn off in some spots and I showered without even rubbing over the face & it came off more. I slept and overnight most of it was gone. I am disappointed. Really was hopeful after the color and look was so natural. I won't be buying it again.

If your brows have a few thin areas this will work fine. Doesnot smudge during the day. But if your brows have large gaps, it does not stick on skin well. I have to apply a thin coat let dry then apply more and it tens to look un natural and gloppy.

The product is only okay. You need to provide a finer application brush to be able to simulate actual eyebrow hair.

The wunder 2 does not stay on as long as they stated. The is product is average, I will not purchase again.
