Delivery to long and still have not received it how can I rate something I have not gotten

I havent received my product and they want me to do a survey?

Took forever to get my item then top it off the next morning my eyebrow fill in had came off. Not pleased one bit

I was very excited to try this product. Had read reviews and it seemed promising with its delivery. First I was dissapointed with the packaging of the actual product. Why is it packaged like a lipgloss when you can't even use the brush for its application? Perhaps consider doing a squeeze tube. Second, I was not satisfied with the pigment in the product. I have a few "bald" patches in my brows that I fill. I found that I needed to apply the product 2-3 times because the product seemed too transparent. And I also found that the product was too wet to re-create the look of natural hairs. What I was most disappointed with was the staying proof. It easily rubbed off and I found myself turning to my brow pencil to fix the problem. And before you ask, yes, I applied it prior to my foundation/ concealer and I had not used any eye cream either.

Placed an order on January 29. Send an email whats going in with my order.. Got a reply after 3 days, saying the product was out of stock. My point is, if I did not asked what's going on with my order they will not let me know that my order was out of stock.

I ordered my wunderbrow over a month ago and still have yet to receive it

Been waiting over a month since it says my ordered shipped and still nothing, no update on where it is apparently it's still at the warehouse... still waiting. This is the only thing I am ever purchasing from wunder.

I ordered on 1/30 nothing online said product wasn't available, emailed company 2 weeks later and was told the brush was out of stock had they advised that when the order was placed i would have ordered without the brush and drove to ultra to buy one. 20 days and still no products!
