Best thing I have seen so far.

I can not recommend this product. I lost a bunch of eye lashes just trying to get it off.

I saw the add on face book and it looked interesting. I thought I would give it a try. I went online and ordered one eyebrow item and when i went to check out the site was confusing and it looked like my item had not loaded so i added it again and hit submit. When I saw my total that was when i realized i had bought two items with a deal that the third one was free. So it cost me $44 and I was not even sure i wanted the item. I then tried to call customer service to tell them of the error and either change or cancel my order so that I can correct. I called 5 times, yes that's right 5 times and was on hold forever and then the line would go dead. As if someone picked up and hung up. It was extremely frustrating. There was no place online to change or cancel my order. I called my credit card company to not process the charge and they told me that they had to wait till it showed up and that I can then dispute it and open up a case for dispute. I had to leave for a trip and this was not a priority at the time, so I just gave up. Any company that makes it so difficult to speak to someone or does not have a link to change and cancel an order is a company i would never work with again. I did get the product and I am not please with it or it's performance, which is why I only wanted one. My experience all around has been negative and i would not recommend to anyone, unless this company changes how they provide customer service. It is not worth my time to try and return the item cause I can't get a hold of anyone.

Tried to put on with your brush, and I had no experience. Finally went and spent more money to buy a eyebrow brush. If you have very little hair on your brows it's very hard to make it look the same on both sides. I have put this product in my drawer of un used cosmetics.

Trying to get a refund and the website won't let me login or get a new password. I guess I will have to call but probably won't get a chance. Luckily I'm only out 25 dollars.

I just didn't like product at all! I even had my friend do my eyebrows, and she does makeup.

I got this product and I'm so frustrated because it was gone after shower. It didn't look like people look in the commercial. I felt my eyebrows like I had put some glue on it... It didn't cover the shortcomings of my eyebrows... I definitely didn't like it at all.
