The colors online is totally different on real. When I asked to return it or exchange it , they said I have to pay for shipping sending it back. I was very upset

I hated your product for a few reasons #1 false advertisement u can wipe it off with any old cleaner & water. #2 no instructions #3 it didn't matter how many times I tried it, it looked cheap & awful. I'd send it back but I have no money to do that & I will probably throw it away since I'll never use it. If you want to refund me I'd appreciate it. If not I will check it off as a waste of time.

I was really hoping I found something wonderful, but 👎🏻... I had to keep layering and layering and when I finally had enough to cover it looked awful and unnatural. The only thing good I can say is it definitely has staying power. I'm returning it asap

I bought your wunderbrow when I saw your commercial. However, it was not as easy and beautiful like wunderbrow would like to portray. This is the hardest ever I got to apply, and your demo seems that easy. The liquid was clumping, and easily dry up before I was able to apply the one on the brush. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE YOUR DEMO. AND IT IS EXPENSIVE. REGARDING STAYING POWER...SHOWER AND EVEN IF I DID NOT TOUCH MY EYEBROW, AND JUST TAP THE TOWEL TO DRY MY FACE, EYEBROWS HAD PIECES OF BLANK SPACES. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! !!

I call they were supposed to email the instructions to return the product and never received it

I was looking forward to trying this product but unfortunately I will not have the chance. They sent it Fed-ex smartpost. It made it all the way to the cluster mailboxes then the substitute mail person put it in the wrong box. Whoever got it was not an honest person and kept it instead of bringing it to me. (If we get someone elses mail we take it to them.) So the post office is not at fault, according to them. I certainly have no control over either the post office or Wunder2. If I want to try this little jewel for brows I must pay $44.00 for a $22.00 product. Think I'll just skip it all the way around.
